Nice window!

Spotted in Islington. A very nice effect but we all know what a nuisance old masking tape can be to remove from windows! I think they may need to purchase a small can of lighter fuel and some Stanley blades. They should click here to get a few helpful tips.

Alma Mater

I am doing a spot of teaching at Middlesex University, working with the second year Printed Textile students on a wallpaper project. I have always loved the wallpaper room at Middlesex, its run like a well oiled machine by master printer Barry Jenkins. It was also nice to see a piece of my work still up on the wall after all these years. Barry put it up as an example of a fine colour separation, not I hope as an example of a narcissistic student putting their face on a stained glass window to print as wallpaper!

Exercise book

I found this old cover of a school book from 1961 in a junk shop.
(Click on the image to enlarge and read the schoolboy scrawls.)

I liked it so much I have made a screen print of it so you can all have one!

Just printed a world map from my 'Mapograph Major- World Mercator'.
